HeightGauge
The HeightGauge is a high-precision, fully automated, ride height measurement system. It was designed to revolutionise ride height adjustments by introducing a high level of automation, thus significantly reducing the time required for adjustments.
The system consists of up to 8 wireless measuring devices and a tablet with the HeightGauge app. The measuring devices continuously measure the height at desired locations, displaying the results on the tablet, in real-time. This setup allows users to track ride height changes effortlessly after each adjustment.
The HeightGauge system consists of 4 to 8 measuring devices, wirelessly connected to the HeightGauge app. Each device is positioned under the vehicle at a desired location.
The levelling laser's beam, used for levelling weight scales or setup pads, is used as the ground plane. The devices measure the distance from the beam to the vehicle's underside. Spacers position the sensors in the appropriate ride height range for higher ride heights.
The stand of the measuring device is height-adjustable. A spring mechanism ensures constant contact between the device's contact surface and the vehicle's underside while allowing for vertical movement during measurement.
The HeightGauge App, paired with the Lenovo Tab M8, serves as the brain and interface of the system. The 8" screen provides the ideal balance of compactness and clarity for displaying measurement results. The tablet's shockproof case ensures durability and reliability in all conditions.
The app is seamlessly integrated with the tablet, offering a smooth user experience and a clear, user-friendly presentation of measurements. With the app streamlining the setup process, the time and effort required for setup adjustments are significantly reduced.
The tablet comes preinstalled with the HeightGauge App, and all measuring devices are factory-paired and calibrated, ensuring the system is ready to operate right away.
The system is securely packed in a durable transfer case designed to withstand harsh conditions, ensuring safe transportation and storage.
The transfer case includes a built-in charging system, allowing all measuring devices to be charged simultaneously. This system can connect to a wall charger via a port on the case or to a 10,000 mAh power bank for charging on the go.
Optical light filters are included to reduce ambient light interference and enhance sensor sensitivity when needed. These filters selectively transmit specific wavelengths, helping the sensor recognize the laser beam instead of ambient light.
The set also includes spacers, an accuracy test tool, a power bank, a charger, and a charging cable. Spacers, available in two sizes, position the measuring device within the desired range for the intended ride height.
The accuracy test tool allows users to verify the correctness of the measuring device's readings.
